Cook in 200℃ Preheated Oven for 25 Minutes. Remove from Oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Smash the salt  crustwith a kitchen hammer and discard of salt crust. Remove the skin of the Seabass and gently remove the meat to a seperate serving dish. Enjoy with some lemon, olive and salt on a baby gem lettuce. Can be Kept for 2 Days in Fridge after proper cooling
