Terms of Service

Minimum Orders
Buffet and Streefood & Bowls orders require a minimum order of AED 1,500 if not cooking on site and AED 3,000 if cooking on site. Canapé orders require a minimum order of 20 guests.

Ordering Deadlines
In order to guarantee our highest level of service, we do recommend booking with us at least four days in advance. If you’re hosting a large event, we do recommend booking with several weeks notice in order to guarantee availability. To confirm your order, all details, including final menu, guest numbers, delivery times, should be finalized within 5 days of event date. All orders are subject to availability.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation of an event within 1 week will incur a 50% cancellation fee
Any event that is cancelled within 48 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable Deposit is required to confirm an event for all functions. 50% balance to be paid on the day of the event. Confirmation of numbers are required 5 days prior to the event

Pricing
Prices of all menus (except for Live Cooking Stations) are for Food Only
Additional charges apply to Staff, Beverages, Glassware, Furniture and Delivery Charges
Ceramic Crockery, silver Cutlery and black cloth Table Napkins with logo included in offer if cooking on site
Live Cooking Stations prices are inclusive of Delivery, Cooking Staff Charges, Crockery and Cutlery
Additional charges apply to Wait Staff, Beverages, Glassware and Furniture

Delivery Fee
A delivery, pickup, setup fee of AED 350 is added to all orders.

Staffing & Equipment
All equipment and staffing are subject to availability at time of booking. We will recommend Staff according to the event size and customers’ needs in order for the event to run smoothly.
Breakages and damage to the equipment will be charged for and invoiced after the event. Staff are charged from arrival time to departure time, including the duration of all setup and pack-up. If staff are needed for longer than the pre-arranged time, the coordinating team member should be informed. Additional staffing fees will be invoiced after the event.
